Judgement day isn’t what most people expect. The deeds you’ve done over the course of your numerous lives (an unknown number) will be recorded. The judgement per se is from you viewing each life and the things you did and its effect on your consciousness. If the majority of your deeds were good throughout each life then you will feel a mental state of peace (a heaven, nirvana, paradise) created from your consciousness. If the majority of your deeds were bad you will feel a mental state of anguish (a hell, a torment, a damnation) created from your consciousness.

The judgement is just your higher self (higher consciousness) viewing all of its physical experiences throughout time infinity and seeing for itself the cause and effect of all actions it did while in the physical body.
